Salience and Interactivity in Context
Dissertation title: "Affecting cue selection through contextual integration"

This site briefly outlines the Ph.D. Dissertation project conducted by David Eichhorn, Ph.D. in Environmental Psychology at the University of British Columbia. The research proposal received an American Psychological Association Dissertation Research Award for its scientific merit and represents a high-level attempt at modeling human/environment relationships.

NOTE: The project discussed in these web-pages has been completed. Although the pages are being updated to reflect that fact, there may at times be sections that discuss the project as if it were still underway. This is not just because I am slowly changing the site over time, but also because some facets of the project were not incorporated into the final form of my PhD Dissertation and may indeed be continued at some future date.
